Whether the layer should be expanded by the blurRadius on all edges. Defaults to enabled.
This might sound strange, but when enabled it allows the blurred effect to be more consistent and realistic on the edges, by being able to capturing more nearby content. You may wish to disable this if you find that the blurred effect is drawn in unwanted areas.
